Ingredients
- Alphonso mangoes,peeled and chopped 3-4
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Condensed milk 1/2 cup
- Milk 2 cups
- Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Puree the mangoes with sugar. Place the condensed milk, milk, lemon juice and pureed mangoes in a large bowl and whisk well. Pour the mixture in a shallow container. Cover and freeze until firm Remove and blend the mixture in a blender until smooth. Move into the shallow container. Cover and freeze till firm. Scoop and serve.
